Terms of use
Terms for using Mosaico.
By downloading or using Mosaico, you agree to these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the applicable extent.
1. License
Mosaico is licensed, not sold. The license is personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, subject to the Standard EULA and Apple's usage rules. The app's code, design, brand, and other elements remain the property of the provider or their respective owners.
2. Your content
You keep your rights in imported images and generated results. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights and consents and for complying with privacy, intellectual property, and other applicable laws. Do not use Mosaico for unlawful or harmful content or activity, or to infringe another person's rights.
3. On-device processing
Images are processed on your device and are not hosted by the provider. You are responsible for retaining copies of originals and results. See the privacy policy for details.
4. Mosaico Pro
Mosaico Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple. It is not a subscription. Price, payment, taxes, refunds, availability, and Family Sharing, if offered, are governed by the App Store and the Apple Account used. The purchase can be restored in the app when Apple confirms the entitlement.
5. Availability and updates
The provider may fix, update, or change the app for security, compatibility, or improvement. Uninterrupted availability on every device or future operating-system version is not guaranteed. Features involving the App Store depend on Apple services.
6. Warranties and liability
Mosaico is provided subject to the Standard EULA and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Always check an output before deleting or replacing original files.
7. Termination
Your rights to use the app end if you breach these terms or the Standard EULA. You may stop using Mosaico at any time by deleting it; provisions that by nature should survive remain effective.

9. Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Governing law and venue are those specified in the Standard EULA, including consumer rights available in your place of residence.
