Your images stay on your device.
This policy describes data handling in the Mosaico app and on this website. For questions or requests, email Manuel.minelle@icloud.com.
1. Data handled by the app
Mosaico requires no account and includes no analytics, advertising, or tracking technology. Photos you select are read and edited on the device to create the requested composition. They are not uploaded to the developer's servers.
Project adjustments may be stored locally so the app can work. Exported images are saved only where you choose. The generated file is new and does not automatically copy geolocation or other metadata from source images.
2. Photos library and Files
The system picker lets you choose specific content. If you ask to save to Photos, iOS may request the necessary permission; you can decline and use sharing or Files instead. Permissions can be managed in device Settings.
3. Purchases
The Mosaico Pro purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive payment details. The app reads transaction information supplied by StoreKit to verify and restore Pro access. Apple's handling is governed by Apple's policies.
4. This website
The site uses no forms, cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels. It is hosted on Netlify, which may process technical request data—such as IP address, date, requested path, and browser information—to deliver and protect the service under its privacy statement.
5. Support email
If you contact support, your message and any information you choose to include are handled to answer and manage the request. Do not send photos or sensitive data unless necessary. Messages are retained only as long as useful for the request and applicable obligations.
6. Retention, rights, and deletion
The developer keeps no server copies of images edited in the app. You can delete local data by removing projects or the app. To request access, correction, or deletion of information sent by email, contact the address above; some records may be retained where required by law.
7. Children and changes
Mosaico is a general-purpose tool and is not directed specifically to children. Material updates to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date.
